AUSTRIAN OPEN VIENNA 2010

   The Austrian Open 2010 took place in Vienna on June 6th. Thirteen nations (Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland, Holland, Hungary, Israel, Norway, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia and Austria) with 407 competitors participated.
   The main judge was Shihan Eugeniusz Dadzibug from Poland and technical main judge was Sensei Slawomir Urbanczyk from Germany.
   This tournament was organized by the AKKO-Austrian Kyokushin Karate Organization led by Sensei Marek Kubek.


37TH POLISH WEIGHT CATEGORY KYOKUSHIN KARATE CHAMPIONSHIPS WARSAW 2010

On May 30, The 37th Polish Weight Category Kyokushin Karate Championships took place in Warsaw, Poland. Approximately 130 competitors from 60 dojos took part in the event. Organiser of the tournament was Mazowiecki Karate Kyokushin Club led by sensei RafaƂ Tomala. Main judge was shihan Andre Drewniak and technical judge was sensei Jacek Czerniec.



24RD EUROPEAN WEIGHT CATEGORY CHAMPIONSHIPS BUCHAREST 2010

On May 22nd The 24rd European Weight Category Championships Bucharest 2010 (Romania) took place. 105 participants from 21 countries took part in the event. Organiser was Romanian Kyokushin Karate Organisation (shihan Dorel Bulearca - Country Representative of Romania).



FRENCH SPRING CAMP LA BRESSE 2010

The French International Spring Camp 2010 took place in the East mountain of France.
More than 100 participants with 30 Sempai, Sensei and Shihan, came from various European IKO countries like Germany, Switzerland, Croatia, Finland, Poland, Netherland and France. Special guest this year with Roger Farache, an Israelian Krav Maga high ranked student.
The weather was great with snow training and waterfalls training. Rank test was leaded by Branch-Chief Bertrand Kron during the 3 days.

As usual Shihan Egberth Thomas, Eric Constancia and Bertrand Kron leaded the camp with the help of Sensei Jérôme de TImmerman and the former European Senior+ champion Sébastien Vanroyen.

Kihon, kumité, Bo kata, Ido Keiko, stamina, kata and a course concerning the 3 Tekki and Bassai with as usual the special and original Bunkai working with Bertrand Kron every year very appreciated.

BELGRADE TROPHY 2010

   On March 13, Belgrade Trophy took part in Belgrade (Serbia). The organiser of the event was Serbian Kyokushin Karate Organisation lead by sensei Zarko Petkovic.
